To be a CRNA, you must first be a registered nurse (RN) that has a bachelors degree in science in nursing and at least of year of field experience. Then you have to enroll in a CRNA program at an accredited school. You take two to three years and clinical training at a university or community hospital to earn a master's or doctorate's degree. After you graduate, you have to take a national certification exam.
